There's something about over-the-knee boots that I love. It could be that it satisfies my 5-year-old-deprived jockey (my dad didn't want me to take horse riding lessons because of the dangers involved) or it could just be that these boots go with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING! Seriously, I have worn these babies with skirts, shorts, leggings, pants and dresses and I can't get enough of them!
Queue J. Cole: "I Can't get enough of what you got, good God you hit the spot..."
Yes, I actually used a verse of what was originally used to describe some chick not being able to get enough of J.Cole to describe Aldo's Liptaks. But hey, have you ever heard of boots that have broken up with a person? At least I know that my Liptaks will be there the next morning, just saying....
Aldo's "Liptak" boots are made of leather and are made of a material that includes elastane at the back in order to keep the boots tight against the calves and to keep them staying over the knee. These boots are a great alternative (price-wise) to Gucci's recent over-the-knee boots that have been spotted on the runway.
Whether it is in cities such as Montreal where it is freezing cold, or Dubai where it is a warmer climate, these boots serve their fashion duties while still taking into account the weather.
P.S. I have just done some organizing to my blog today. To the right of this page, you will see a "GENRE" list. By clicking on any of the genres you will be able to see all of the posts I have written on each genre. For instance, if you click on fashion, you will see all fashion-related posts.
